Hitting the Jackpot

God is so very very good. my parents were mentally freaking out about buying things for my dorm room. and guess what? we're headed to the loop so jake could look at comics in starclipper and as we went down waterman, we saw a yard sale. mom pointed at the cool black chair, and after we dropped jake off, we went back. turns out it was a bunch of WASHU kids getting rid of their stuff in storage b/c they didn't want to haul it back home. pfff - rich kids. anyhoo, we got a bunch of awesome stuff at a really good price:
  1. a used (but in really good shape) HP printer - $20
  2. a minifridge -$35
  3. a DVD/CD/book tower - $4
  4. the awesome black chair i'm sitting in - $10
  5. 2 corkboard things for my door - $1.50 each
  6. a 4-cup coffee maker - $3
a few pictures as evidence of God's blessings (sorry they're sideways):

I think it's interesting that God's provision is always right at the perfect time, never early and usually after we despair :) Typically it's also very creative...who would've thought about Wash U students?

I'm praying for you daily!
